Holiday Party Success

This year we decided to have our holiday party after the holiday season was over.  It’s a lot easier to coordinate that way.

It was a lot of fun seeing everyone last night.  Dave hosted at his new house with tacos catered by El Camion (we live and die by the taco truck.)  We played a few rounds of Cards Against Humanity and got to let our freak flags fly just a little.  I never did hear who won the Corn Hole game, but considering how cold it got last night I’m glad I stayed indoors.

Of course most of the party was standing around in the kitchen, but that’s where everything good happens in a home anyway. It was great seeing everyone’s wives, partners, boyfriends, girlfriends, dates, SOs or whatever the kids call the person you like spending your time with these days. I had gotten a chance to meet a few of them before around town or at our office warming part, but a house party is a much better place to get to know someone.

If there is one thing that I can count myself proud of with this company it’s that we have built an absolutely incredible team of people that I couldn’t be happier to work with.  I think a good time was had by everyone, and I hope we can repeat the fun soon.
