A&R Solar is an employee-owned, B-Corporation focused on high quality solar PV installations and excellent customer experiences. We started out in Seattle in 2007, expanded to Portland in 2015, and are growing rapidly.
Our company considers the growth of all our employees – through experience, education, and mentoring – to be as important as profitability and productivity. We provide a wide range of benefits and training while paying a competitive, family wage. A&R Solar is committed to building a culturally diverse workplace and strongly encourages applications from military veterans and female and minority candidates. We love what we do and have fun doing it.

The Project Administrator is an integral part of project delivery for our customers. His or her primary role is to provide project support in both the pre- and post-installation process. The responsibilities include coordination with utilities and cities, processing and application of permits, and management of state and utility solar incentive programs. The Project administrator interacts with customers throughout the entire project, from contract signature through project completion and follow-up. He or she is the liaison between many groups, both internal and external, to ensure a smooth project delivery.
“Working at A&R Solar has provided me with the technical skills I need to make an impact in the renewable energy industry. This company has great ‘social capital’; it’s a lot of fun to be in such a creative, fast-paced work environment committed to building a community through distributed solar energy installations and battery storage projects.”
