PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

The Project Administrator is an integral part of project delivery for our customers.  His or her primary role is to provide project support in both the pre- and post-installation process. The responsibilities include coordination with utilities and cities, processing and application of permits, and management of state and utility solar incentive programs. The Project administrator interacts with customers throughout the entire project, from contract signature through project completion and follow-up. He or she is the liaison between many groups, both internal and external, to ensure a smooth project delivery.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Work directly with customers to provide project information and process paperwork for signature
  • Research, apply for, and purchase all necessary permits for projects
  • Pick up and deliver permits and project documentation at local offices and project sites
  • Coordinate interconnection process and execution with local Utilities both pre- and post-installation
  • Work with Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) to register system and secure incentives for customers
  • Maintain good standing on the ETO trade ally rating system and adhere to program requirements
  • Administer Power Clerk system to register customers into the inventive program
  • Review paperwork, installation documents, and permit applications to ensure accuracy
  • Assist Project Manager (PM) and installation crews as required to help deliver projects
  • Maintain and ensure an organized and clean digital folder system (Dropbox)
  • Keep Salesforce up to date and accurate with project and customer information
  • Help maintain and create Installation Schedule
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked office
  • Continually improve processes related to project administration
  • Collaborate with co-workers to improve company-wide processes and performance

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain a current driver’s license
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Great organization and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills and experience with MS Office and Google programs
  • Ability to take lead role on internal projects and problem solving
  • Scheduling and planning skills
  • Research and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and have self-motivation
  • Must have own operating vehicle
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

WAGES

$16-$18/hr
