A&R Solar helped construct the largest community solar project in Washington. The Spokane Valley system went online in September 2015 and will serve more than 500 residential and commercial customers. The 423 kW ground-mounted solar array is the biggest facility to use all Washington-made equipment. The Avista Utilities array has 1,512 panels and is large enough to power about 50 households.

“A&R was vital in helping the team understand what needed to happen for these buildings to receive solar, and made the transition very seamless through the planning phase. [The installation] was carried out by thoughtful, user friendly installers that provided a high level of quality. The quality is proven by the fact that this system has been reeling in solar credits for the owner for 5 years now without any issues!””
