The tour is an annual educational event, open to the public, produced by the Northwest EcoBuilding Guild, that showcases local, sustainable, and green new homes, remodels, and energy retrofits in the Puget Sound area.

This year’s tour will showcase remodels and new builds, backyard cottages, single-family residences, co-housing, and condos, which boast a variety of green building certifications: Passive House, Build Green, and Net Zero. The tour is a free opportunity to see first-hand the many ways that environmentally conscious design and construction can benefit not only the planet as a whole, but your local community, your family, and you!
